I’m Taylor Bright, founder of Markan Solutions. I help businesses strengthen the strategy, systems, and execution behind the experiences they deliver to their clients.
My work sits at the intersection of creative thinking, project management, business operations, and client experience. I bring structure to ideas, clarity to complex initiatives, and intention to the details that shape how a business is experienced.

My professional background combines project management, Organizational Leadership, and hands-on experience across creative branding, marketing, digital design, and business initiatives.
As a Project Management Professional (PMP), I understand what it takes to move work from an idea to a completed deliverable. That means establishing direction, organizing moving parts, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping execution aligned with the intended outcome.
My creative experience brings another dimension to that process. Through branding, website projects, presentations, visual communication, and other business initiatives, I’ve seen how strategy and presentation influence the way people understand, experience, and engage with a business.
These experiences inform the way I approach client experience: not as one isolated interaction, but as the result of many connected decisions, processes, and touchpoints.
I look at the bigger picture while paying attention to the details that make the work effective.
